アスコット ホテル - ドバイ

観光には場所がよい。値段も安く、朝ごはんもついているのでかなりお得感。やきとりハウスという、日本食レストランがホテルの中に入っているので、おもいっり外で観光、買い物をした後にホテルで日本食を食べて、ホッとしました。

照明の関係で部屋が日本人にとっては薄暗い。。。それぐらいです。

２泊２Room、(夫婦と息子２名(３５歳、３２歳）をツインベッドで予約していたのですが一室はダブルベッドで困った、 シングルベッドを２室と頼めば良かった、（やはり前もって確認が必要）又、夜のダウ船クル-ズを申し込んだが迎えが遅く、昨年行った時(同じ場所）は船上でアルコールが飲めたが、今回はダメだった。 　ホテルとは無関係ですが、ドバイのタクシーは近くの場所は拒否された、私はアブダビで仕事をしているが、もっと親切である。

現在、中東在住ですが、日本食料理、ヤキトリハウスがあるので、ドバイに行った際には使用しています。 日本人の板さん、店員さんもいるので気さくに入れます。

部屋のトイレが流れにくかったです。

Rooms are too small. Ceiling is low. Airconditioning. smell of old furniture. I could have got a brand name hotel for the same value.

The room was good and comfortable and clean also. The breakfast was ok. A good hotel for a business or a holiday with family.

There was several things that makes this hotel a fabulous place to stay such as the friendly staff, the excellent breakfast, the hotel's pool and the daily service to the beach. If I was to come back to Dubai I would definately stay here again.

Cable TV does not have too many channels.

We enjoyed staying at the Ascot Hotel, the staff were polite and informative and I would recommend this Hotel to friends.

Our only complaint was that the price of the Tour we undertook with your 'hotel taxi driver' when quoted and which we had assumed was in Dirham, turned out to be in American Dollars only after the tour was completed!!!! and which had not been mentioned at all and we found it inconvenient as we had not allowed for this. I suggest that your future dealings with tourists that it is made clear in which currency the quote is given.

Staff are very friendly. Easy to travel around Dubai . Good Location

There was no pick-up and drop arrangement from and to the airport. This was very disappointing.

The location and the service was excellent. The restaurants were good. But breakfast for vegetarians was not enough.

One of the perfectly located hotels in Bur Dubai, close to the Bur Dubai bus stop, restaurants, lot of Indian restaurants too, close to shops where you can buy uae souvenirs. It is also close to 2 metro stops which are Khaleed Bin Al Waled Metro (Red), and Al-Guibaiba (Green) station. There is also a bus stop close to the hotel.

Staff are not friendly, they give wrong information and later don't admit whatever they said. One of the staff working on late shifts told us local landlines are free, later when I got bill, they have charged for all the landlines call which they "said" is free, if you use any of the phone booth outside, they are free, but you call the same number from the room they charge even though its a free number. I had an awful argument with them during check, and since I was rushing to the airport, and the day shift guys did not believe when I said night shift receptionist told me its a free call, since I did not have time to argue, I had to pay and check out quickly. Internet is not free of charge, its 20 Dirhams for one hour, possibility of a drop out connection too.

The management staff were so friendly

I like the rooms, they are so big enough to feel I am at my real b.r. its neat and clean.

The bed was not comfy at all

Cleaning could have been way better, the floors were dirty and the rugs were smelly and dusty
